Ne serait-ce que parce que son nom est aujourd&rsquo;hui utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins commerciales autant pour des tisanes, des grains d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre ou des ouvrages de sant\u00e9 naturelle.\u00a0Consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par certains comme la premi\u00e8re naturopathe de l&rsquo;histoire, par d&rsquo;autre comme une grande compositrice, ou encore par l&rsquo;Eglise comme une th\u00e9ologienne d&rsquo;exception, Hildegarde appara\u00eet \u00eatre une source d&rsquo;inspiration in\u00e9puisable. On dit d&rsquo;elle qu&rsquo;elle\u00a0pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la compagnie des animaux\u00a0\u00e0 celle des hommes, qu&rsquo;elle \u00e9met des bruits consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme bizarres et parle tr\u00e8s tard. C&rsquo;est ainsi qu&rsquo;<strong>\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 43 ans<\/strong>, elle se d\u00e9cida \u00e0\u00a0<strong>retranscrire ses visions avec l&rsquo;aide du moine Volmar et de s\u0153ur Richardis von Stade\u00a0dans Scivias<\/strong>, son ouvrage le plus traduit de nos jours.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;essentiel de sa vie se passe d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 recevoir et transmettre ce que lui dit la \u00ab\u00a0Lumi\u00e8re vivante\u00a0\u00bb comme elle l&rsquo;appelle. famille noble et ayant appris le latin au couvent, Hildegarde a eu tout le loisir d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier la <b>th\u00e9orie des humeurs d&rsquo;Hippocrate <\/b>et autres textes anciens. Cette th\u00e9orie recherche dans l&rsquo;importance et l&rsquo;alt\u00e9ration des liquides organiques (sang, lymphe, bile jaune et bile noire) l&rsquo;origine de <strong>quatre profils <\/strong>(sanguin, lymphatique, bilieux, nerveux).<\/p><p>Complexifiant cette th\u00e9orie, elle rel\u00e8ve deux humeurs principales qu&rsquo;elle appelle \u00ab\u00a0flegmes\u00a0\u00bb et deux autres secondaires \u00ab\u00a0liqueurs\u00a0\u00bb.
