Ce mot est entr\u00e9 dans notre vocabulaire quotidien mais sommes nous bien au clair avec sa signification ?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p><em>Je vous propose de revenir aux bases en d\u00e9finissant ce qu&rsquo;est un microbiote, avant de me concentrer sur la flore intestinale en particulier. Nous verrons ensuite comment il se forme, quelle est son utilit\u00e9. <i>mikros <\/i>pour \u00ab\u00a0petit\u00a0\u00bb et <i>b\u00edotos <\/i>qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0vie\u00a0\u00bb et fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la somme de la faune et la flore pr\u00e9sente dans une r\u00e9gion donn\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Un microbiote est un<b> ensemble de micro-organismes<\/b> (bact\u00e9ries, virus, parasites et champignons non pathog\u00e8nes) qui vivent dans un environnement sp\u00e9cifique (2).\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Dans l\u2019organisme, il existe diff\u00e9rents microbiotes humains<\/b> selon l&rsquo;environnement dans lequel ils se trouvent (peau, sph\u00e8re ORL, voies respiratoires, tube digestif et organes g\u00e9nitaux). Certains font l&rsquo;objet de r\u00e9centes \u00e9tudes scientifiques. Les chercheurs reconnaissent l<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&lsquo;<\/span><strong>existence d&rsquo;\u00e9changes directs et indirects entre les diff\u00e9rents microbiotes<\/strong>.
